Found hourglass and paper...took a bit to find next step.

Place paper in close up view of door handles.

Now searching many roooms....
Searching for where to use parcel.

Took me 'forever' to comprehend the flag clue (always so easy once you see it)....

Missing square on coffee table digits replate to cups in cabinet.
