          Well I'm now stuck

          Got 7 men, a sword, shield and mirror.

          Opened all doors, cupboards and drawers. Not sure what I've missed

                      Used 3 keys, 2 letters, shovel, candle, and mirror.
                      Still have stick, lens, remote and 5 men.
                      Found battery, and now have letter combo and opened interior door.

                      Now have red key and shield...backed out of room.
                      used red key and pick axe, started fire and found 3 more men...now have 8 men.
                      Found an item to replace shield...now have shield.
                      -
                      I might be stuck...maybe tomorrow....

                      Not seeing anything else...lucky click (fussy spot) and found 9th man....

                      I still have blue drawer and green combo box to open and not getting code on back wall of black house...?
                      I 'finally' found what the code from the back wall of the black house is for...now have 10th man.
                      Strange, as still have 2 things to open...

                      Backtracked and found blue key plus clue...
                      Using glasses, have next clue...found sword.
                      Now just to get sword plus have red button code on green box to solve still.
                      No time to finish...back later...
                      Back...
                      Took a few failed tries and then I 'got' the clues to the green box...now have gloves.

                      HaHa....now I know when 'in a pinch' is....out.
                      Great game....just too much story dialog.
