have guy at window asking for triangle, in next room, have candle, opened cupboard and pressed music notes in order....can't seem to do anything else.
I'm stuck...

Pressed domino as per cupboard door directional arrows.

I'm sort of getting it now...clues are very faded. Into next room...
Getting a bit further...now have happy tooth, candle and handle. Fridge guys still want more food, not getting the X/0 clue and still need 1 more snail house.
I think I got the X/0 correct as now in 3rd room.
Found monkeys, then 2 buttons to turn on water, saved clown and now have triangle for bear, and another happy tooth.
Placed 3rd snail house and now have 3 teeth and still the candle...
Found last scarab and 1 more worm, but need 2 more.
Now I'm stuck....

Now have key....
Oh boy...game didn't save...replaying.
Now I'm understanding it better...not as totally confused as before.

Press ears as per dots on books.

Up the stairs and into new room...

After eye is placed, press as per instructions on pipe

On elephant.

Placed candle, found last tooth and game over.
Strange game, once you get the recognize the strange clues, it's fun.
