index page, syringe full of medicine, scissors, broken medicine bottle, scalpel, flashlight (with battery), schedule

in the cabinet below the autoclave (sterilizing machine)

For the flashlight

Use the scalpel on the bottom of one of the drawers under the books

I can't make any sense out of this game and where was the clue for the clock? BTW it doesn't work.
