Go into the maintenance room to the left of your prison cell, open the tool box on the shelf, and find insulating tape

I've fed the beast and went to the elevator in the warehouse and now I'm stuck in a dark room and it seems to just be loading. Did I go wrong somewhere or is it a bug in the game? I've gotten to feeding the beast twice and got stuck in the same spot...
