Erm, I think what Kira699 was saying is to combine those items. After that it should be simple enough to figure out who to give the item to.

Me either Its not like there a many options or choices as what to do. It all clicks together pretty obviously. I even tried giving items to the little blue man in the riverboat.

It was very, very easy: it was so easy, that I've done it alone, with no help: )

1.click pink satan monster thing then go to third screen xD
2.with the monster highlighted click on little pink monster
3.pick up fish and steering wheel
4.on second screen with the wheel highlighted click on box with hold in it then click on blue mouse.
5.pick up lever and go back to first screen
6.put lever into hole then click lever, so tv turns on
7.memorise what is on the tv then click on those things when it changes
8.pick up chocolate and go to last screen
9.give chocolate to blonde girl and pick up her spatula
10.go back to first screen and girve it to brunette woman
11.pick up the medicine that she puts down
12.give the medicine to the octopus on the last screen and pick up spit next to him aswell as his tentacle
13.put the tentacle on the grill next to the green man on second screen
14.pick it up when it is cooked
15.pick up the triangluar arum root next to his grill also
16.highlight the stick and view it..add the fish, octopus,and arum root
17.go to third screen and put the fish kebab onto the plate
18.pick up microphone
19.give the microphone to the monster thats on stage
