What do I do when I get to the fire that falls down? I'm just getting burned...

What fire? I can't click on anything. I see the key in the tree but I can't get it. I click on the doorman and get nothing, I offer him treats and he won't take them.
The door won't do anything. What am I doing wrong?

I finally figured you have to put ice cream in their question mark!!! Not on them or around but in the question mark circle!!

U have to put a certain ice cream in the bubble so he wont grab u and then dodge the fire. To give ice cream to someone put it in their bubble.
