Help for living room

I'm probably missing one simple step from the living room since my power metre is inbetween the green and yellow section.

So far I've

prevented brother from turning on TV and mother from turning up the thermostat temperature. I also pulled the charger plug out. What else am I missing?

whew. saved energy in all rooms. although, i'd rather use the energy than find out what my mom would do to me if i exploded canned chesse in the oven!
