I got the coin to "expand". Any ideas what to do after that?

After the coin expands type 2 on your keyboard.

Click on the binoculars to get a red screen. Notice the 4 circles in each corner. Try to align the little notches on the circles to point to centre.

Get the rods to form a zig-zag shape.

Well since I have a laptop, I simply followed the instructions on the top saying: "Please click here if you have a laptop". I did just that and I was automatically taken to Level 10. Cannot be sure whether this works for a PC as well.
