with the chair part, use the tab key until it says...'skip this part' then she gets up and moves off outside

Down in the bottom right hand corner there is a little 's' slide mouse over it and skip it! i was very confused with the match part but finally got it. You need to swipe the match very fast on the rock!

Actually there is something to do... you do not have to "Skip" unless you are stuck: Did she answer the phone? That's what starts this section.
