After doing the potion

After mixing the ingredients, place the Acid liquid on the floor to the left, and then appears a hole in the ground. Get in the hole.

After you get to

the parking lot and have to return for the keys grab the soap in the basement, the bunsen burner in the classroom, the test tube in the classroom, then the key from the purse in the classroom (I believe it needs to be done in that order). Combine the soap and the key and you return to the basement. Search the pocket of one of the kids for change and combine that with all the other items to make your own key.
