    won't load properly for me, I keep getting 'action cancelled' message. I'm loathe to download it incase it contains malicious software

          nice game, but awfully different and much more difficult than the ones I'm used to. Anyone played Return to Ravenhearst yet......it's massive and complicated...takes us about 7 hours to do it.

            I personally didn't find it more difficult than others, in fact I found it even easier than many other hidden object type games

              What do you do for the doorbell? I click hint and get the blue area. Nothing happens when I click there.

                In this game, you need to find the "containers" where you need to put the found items. You won't get a hint where the containers are, just for items. On the first screen, you click on the mail box to open the "items list", and you'll see the items that you need to gather and put there.
