The game is full of weird symbols. And I died already 3 times

remember the symbols for the numbers 1-5, and enter them at the switch board

Hmmm, no, maybe enter the symbols seen at the "numbered" locations?
It's not fun to start over again and again because you die

There are different hints in different rooms

you can change the eyes in order to get to different rooms

The roman numerals vivivi = 515151. you add 5+1 5+1 5+1

the bit that scared me the most was

when you read the writing on the wall that says 'if you wanted to live you shouldn't have read this and then you die.
i jumped out of my skin!
