16 impossible because its just a blank yellow square.
20 no clue what code is. never wrote code on level 10 down and no way am i replaying it.
17 are you having a laugh? impossible as you can't move to the key fast enough. even if you can get to the key you cant click quickly enough? i must have clicked on the damn key about 30 times and never once got it.

It is possible.

You want to click and hold in those two spots and then move the mouse quickly. For the one on the across the middle (you can see the little spots along the tearline, but they're quite small. You want to click and hold on the left side (just a tad from the top left corner. When you click and hold, and move it quickly to the right, you will see a "tab" lift up. Unfortunately, it becomes invisible again if you don't "open" the envelope. Then try again. I was using a laptop the other night. I couldn't do it with that. Just a heads up.

i cant see ANYTHING to move or click or manipulate. to even get started
the square appears to be just 1 solid colour.

i cant do 17 or 20 either which also both appear impossible.

Nah, my hint was if you hadn't done anything at all. It tells you how to start. I apologize for not being able to explain it any better than that. (You don't see anything to click on. Not until you explore by randomly clicking and dragging along the left side.)

What a very clever game they have put together, Thanks all for the help especially Oldbiker coz there was no way I was getting about by myself.
I even had to get one of they girls from my office to do the fan level for me as my arm went completely dead after 20 non-successful minutes of constant waving (Thanks Sailormoon)

I'm back again, but really stuck on no. 16... Have opened the envelope, but I can't find that "#¤% key. Been clicking for ages,and my hand's gone orange... Trying a bit more before I give up. If anyone has an even better suggestion than the ones already given, please don't hesitate to write it down:-)

i spent about 10 mins clicking every pixel of that yellow square, nothing does anything.

Did you manage to open the envelope yet? I found that if I let the cursor slide slowly over the envelope's left side, the little tag shows and then I can pull it open...

Unfortunately, opening the top part is done in a very similar manner as opening the side...

You want to click and hold at the middle top of the envelope, and then quickly move the mouse upward. That should open the top of the envelope, and the key pops up from "inside" the envelope.

i'm quit anyway. i'd never do 20 or 17 either.
