how do you find a password on the computer? I thought I did like this 4/23/64 or 4/23/16 and get worng password. how can I find it for the right password?

Can someone help me on the st puzzle. I tried CDEF. What order does it go in?

every other number in the pattern is increasing by one. so the next after 4 is 5. to get 18 look at the pattern of each number. 1+8=9, so the next two blocks are 2 9. 2+9=11 so the next two are 3 11. 3+11=14, so 4 14. and finally 4+14=18 so 5 18.
