Climb up the stairs and turn off the light. Turn left and use the flashlight on the floor of the balcony. Just click around and you will find it. You won't see the letter. You will see symbols, but if you look carefully you will see letters in the spaces.

turn off the lights upstairs then flash the light on the floor near railing...to see shapes

If you were to draw a rectangle around the edgesof the shapes, then you would find the letters between the shapes in the neagative space. If you struggle, try drawing it on a piece of paper and freame in the shapes, then color in the shapes. This should do it for you--worked for me.

Quite easy game, but the most difficlt was the letters with the blue light (Both of the cars of this game were cool, but I prefer the red one) any ways, very nice game

About the game code:
it differs at each game. Try to write down the numbers as they appear, but also try to remember the numbers that the yellow car had appeared one

The key to the drawers?

Becky's walkthrough didn't quite match... I need a key to open the left drawer up on the balcony because they're locked. Help please? I already had 3 different shaped pieces, a mini car, screw driver, cell phone, codes, flashlight etc. Cannot get the part from the clock on the wall before I get the "extension gripper" or whatever it may be.

Never mind... I misunderstood the walkthrough and got the extension gripper etc. But now I'm facing another problem... I cannot get the car game workin! the yellow car shows up in only one place, in number 2! And there's supposed to be 3 more numbers it will show. HELP!

Great that you have made progress.
For the game: you have to click the spaces in the order that they pop up to go to the next level (and always remember the place of the yellow car).
For me it was a hard game, you have to focus on it very well.

Gooooood game. Fun and tricky. Thanx Becky for the walkthrough. I didn't realize at first that the email was a letter in the inventory, I waited for something to happen on the cellphone. I also missed the red piece in the stairpost upstairs. It is possible to play the minigame once more when finished. That's good if you sort of DIDN'T remember to write down when the yellow car appeared...
