what do they mean with cum? i got a chain, and i combined it with all my items but it just don't work

uhm it's the same walkthrough also writen "chain&cum" i don't have a cum help

ok it isn't cum you need, it's GUM :p

There seems to be a typo.
You have to pick up the chain (point 6 in walkthrough)
You have to pick up gum (point 10 in walkhtrough)
And then you have to combine them (point 11 in walkthrough) to get a "chain with gum" combo item.

How to use the pipe with the croc?

1.Use the wrench to get the pipe in the sewer(next to the ladder to the left)
2.Go into the pipe.
3.Use the sandwich outside of the pipe.
4.Use pipe on croc.
5.Can't tell yah since you didn't ask bout' that.
