Well I managed to pick up a letter now haven't got a clue what to do

Same here...stuck after the letter...boring game

Type Hospital into the "go to" option thing (bottom right corner) and thats where you go to. After that I'm stuck.....

When your at the hospital what looks like books on shelf in the distant,

click around left side of these to get a key. Then to the right side of view just above plant clcik here to go to another view (warehouse & Morgue). Go into warehouse (you have to click on door handles) and under first locker somewhere there is a lighter.

Then stuck....

Oh you can click on computer in main hospital view but you need a password to access it and don't have a clue what that is.....yet!

I don't think you need a password for the main computer - i think you need to have a name to search for...maybe?

Right you can use

light on father's note (bottom right corner) to get a code but as of yet Im not sure what it's for. At the hospital go to view of warehouse etc and use key on far room(archives) and get autopsy report.....

stuck now and code from fathers letter has disapeared along with the lighter - don't know what code was for but have the feeling I should have written it down somewhere....

I type in the word hospital in the bottom right bar and click ok but I don't go anywhere. The graphics are really good in this game but the game play is bad.

Use Hospital (with first letter written as capital letter)

Take Father's Letter
Type Hospital in the go to bar(bottom right corner)
Click bottom left of what looks like books on shelf in the distant to obtain a key
To the right of view just above plant leaves click to go to another view in hospital
Click on warehouse door handle to enter
In warehouse click under first locker to obtain lighter then leave
You can enter the Morgue the same way but there is nothing to find except bodies.....lol!
Use the key on the archives room door in distant to obtain Autopsy Report(middle far left file)
Return to main hospital view and click on pc and switch on
Enter doctors name from autopsy report (do not include DR) and note his address.
Enter his address(as it is written) in the go to bar
Click middle right of front door to enter
Click opening above stairs to go up
On far top shelf of cabinet click on white paper to obtain document
Click under Dr's House writing(bottom left) to enter bedroom
Click on book to obtain reciept
Click between bottom bed bar and bed base of top bunk to the right to go to PC view
Bring Father's letter up and use lighter on it in bottom right corner for password(make note of password as is dissappears))
Click on PC and enter the password
Enter name from reciept
As before enter this address(as is written) into go to bar
Enter address via top left window in view
Click rubbish area on floor to obtain photo
Click go to police(right side under inventory)

WARNING: If You Answer any Of the questions the police ask you wrong you will have to start again!
