Not sure how to flip either set of switches...

I have a

key (used), screwdriver (doesn't fit to the place where I supposed to use it), multiple tool and a piece of paper.

Not sure what to do next.

UPD: Made some progress

got to the closest room to the left using multiple tool. Not I see switches as well.

Got a metal plate using magnet.

Not sure how to flip either set of switches...

Use the

screwdriver on the right set of switches, then connect the broken wire. Then turn on all the switches on both panels, it will turn on the PC
