So far I've seen that the dial represents a 24 hour clock (sorry if you already knew that but...) and, equally as obvious, you need to find the corresponding symbol for the time. Click on the indicator that's covering your symbol and a light will turn on. A shadow will be cast on the opposite symbol. This is the symbol you need to enter at the bottom.

Can't find where to enter the shadowed symbol! Ooops... didn't have any more to enter, just had to make the 4th guy!
