          If you look carefully,


          As for the closing message:

          "It worried when confined in the place where the bear was a cage ..the desire...
          It was different. Here is bear's house. The bear relaxes in the bed."

          Maybe they meant:

          "The bear did not want to be confined in a cage like that. He wished for something else. In the background is the bear's house. He feels more relaxed in his own bed than in a cage."

          In turn, the author could mean that zoos are bad. Animals belong in their own habitat, not kept on display in a cage for public amusement.
