I had done the following - I'm off to bed shortly ...

Got bug spray and did in a few bugs. got key, got for men item and placed by vent, and looked at x-ray and read number and played with the computer. clicked on all 3 options .. saw two emails which is about all I can remember. Hornets/bees gone. Still have the two bugs in first room (spiders?), and in computer room a lady bug and bug in sink.
then the ants ..

If you already clicked on all the buttons in the computer screen then I assume

you activated the door to the operation room. Try to open this door. I don't remember which floor it was but I think it was on the first floor. It was near the stairs. Once you open this door you will be able to get a net to get a bug. Also in the same room you look on the floor and you see a vent, and a bug comes out. Use the net to capture this bug and that will kill the ants downstairs.

And you can't capture those two bugs you mentioned. They don't do anything for you. They are there to entertain only.

I am going to bed as well so I will try to post more tomorrow.

Did you open the locker?

There are not many rooms you can open.
And you don't neet to get that ladybug on the computer monitor either. You will get something to capture a bug later though. If you got the code for the computer,

you need to click on the second button, that gives you access to the operation room

Grrr have only found one thing - and seen the basement hall. Think I tried every door. Must be over looking something.

Thought I might need a jar, plastic bag or tongs - but I can't find any of those things. Where is a helper?

the moths with human face

are attracted to light so you can turn on the x-ray machine. tlhey wll move the machine and you can open the cabinet, and get the bug spray

Turn around and there is a door but it is blocked by bugs again.

use the bug spray and now you have access to the door.

the bottle of perfume on the air duct and the hornets will be attracted to it and disappear -

now I'm not sure what to do with that ants to go through the door.

ok I looked around rooms again and again and

found a bug in the operation room, which killed those ants in the basement

and out. phew

I've got

bug spray, used on centipedes, key used on locker, x-ray, code, aftershave. Been to the basement and found a hornets nest.

Clues in kanji are of no use to me and I don't have any music playing, must be something I clicked at the beginning. Game runs real slow.

I'm thinking it's a language barrier Only found a few views and

3 kinds of human faced critters--moths, centipedes, and rolling spider-balls (?). Turned on and off a monitor...

Was worth a try--the graphics are cool!

Save Shabi from Dr. Mysterious Insect is another new Japanese point and click type room escape game by NHK. In this game, you have to search around to find items and some clues for solving puzzles to save Shabi. Language barrier may be a problem in this game. Good luck.
