Blue key

Go back to the Devils bar and use the blue key on the left door and tada....you will be in a room. Open the lower drawer of the dressing table to get the third and last part of the key.

Yes it is for one of the coffins. When you are in the first room there is a room on the right. You will see two coffins. Use the urn on the left coffin which has a black space in the middle of the coffin. If the ashes are over you need to get them again.

Yup my session was lost too. It happens if we play more than 20 minutes I guess so we should renew our session every 20 minutes.

see it took me like 4 hours to complete chapter 2 on my own but i didn't lose my session

Well I just said according to my experience as had to lose my session a lot of times and I read this as well in the Anode & Cathode website.

We are encoutering troubles with sessions. To avoid loosing your session, you must click on one of this link : Help, Forum or Rankings, under the game, at least every 20 minutes, in order to renew your session. We apologize for this trouble, we're working on it.

So I guess it's not harmful to renew the session after every 20 mintues

i had noticed that like 3 hrs but thx for the reminder and i have to admit on my first try i did chapter 2 in 6 hours and then i lost my session at the exact end so then it took me 4 hours to gather my thoughts and complete it again

great, well thanks to all the hints I actually completed this chapter in 24 minutes! Not much of a boast i know but hey.
