now the elevator works, but there's a cyber mosquito that doesn't let me in... I still have the ketchup but how can I use it?

open the counters and you'll find the balloon and the helium to fill it

I had to make the puzzle 3 times, every time it started again, the last time it remained solved. Then you have to closa that window and click again the monitor. then go to the elevator... Now I'm stuck with the bug, I can't kill it!

I can't see any cola can... maybe there's something wrong in my game, because in the room with the hoover there's a strange thing near the wooden statue but I can't click it! ??????

where is the id card?

You can take it after you've broken the blue hoover: you must put on it the table dress and then the balloon filled with the elium, and then click on the baloon with the arrow. The hoover will fall and you'll have the ID card
