I feel stupid reading the progress of everybody.
I only solved the first case and have no clue about what to do next.
How do I get to vito's for the bread?
Where do I get the garlic soup?
The only items I have left in my inventory are

sewing bobbin (don't know what to do with that), Blood A, toy flyer, wallet and cookie

I really need some help.

As far as I can see from mistery's first post I'm missing three locations.

For doctor only need the utensil.

Do like to explore all the different locations. Have been doing it for about an hour now.

Is the tailor's location already unlocked?
If so

show wallet to woman there

You get to Vito's probably as soon

as you have the flyer for Vito's

Not sure though if this is required, but possible.

You'll need to unlock Dark Alley to use

sewing bobbing and toy flyer

Will go back to dark alley and see what I can do there.

Made some progress now and unlocked new location.
Solved 2 cases now, 1 and 6

Solved case 3 aswell.

Maybe you can go this way:
On the main page, choose "Ugly Americans" from the top menu.
Then you'll see the link to the game on the right.
