from machine in magician's house after using all gears in the 3 puzzles

I made all 3 machines working that needed gears, and I also switched another button that seem to be relevant for this "puzzle" but no orb for me from that spot.

I too miss the top right puzzle piece.

Did anyone used the bread role, the fluid, the tarot cards the empty bottle and the tube somewhere? I sold them to get some space in my inventory.

you should get medal from Dark Alley

Alright, the items I haven't used are

holy picture, silver & golden medal), English tea, bread roll, empty bottle, liquid, pen, shoe polish, 2 encyclopedias , syringe and paper towel (you can buy at the nurse in the hospital).

Finally worked out who and where the eye doctor was - i thought he was a patient waiting.
What about the guy who is waiting for a pick up? Is he needing drugs too or just a coffee or a crane?
Yeah and I found out who I left the elephant with... the 'boss' at the shop and trade... has anyone managed to deliver the cat/thing under the steps at the hospital to the 'boss' - I noticed all the signs up looking for lost pets..
