Can't even get really started
Standing in front of the locked apartment, and now?

Ah okay, got in!

Hmmm, found some clues and a magnifier.
Can't open safe.

Safe... me neither.

Thought numbers of alphabet in

"SGT", 19720,

but there is no zero.

The strange thing is

that his name is written wrong on the clue paper with SGT.
His name is Segur, but it's written Gegur.
So using the next letter, it would be Tegur.
And what about the color hint?

But that all doesn't help I'm stumped, couldn't even use magnifier...

I've tried all phone numbers using cell too, all were "no response".

SK = Strange Key (which I have in inventory)

But don't know what to do with it, or where to use it; nor with the additional number from clue.

Got to go for 15 mins, but I'll continue when I'm back. Leave me a hint if you can make progress.
