I haven't played it so I'm not sure if I can help. But according to some hints/walkthroughs you have to fill your cup with coffe first, then drag it to the bottom of the stairs and then go up.

fill the cup with coffee, then go down (i think by elevator) then, you spill the coffee on the stairs.

hey guys, when going into the elevator, do you actually go into the lift? All i see is the top view of the inside where the elevator is on the lower level, i am only able to go up and down and i see only thick wires which hold the elevator...is there something wrong here?
