I've been to every room, and found

sword, chess piece, many colored diamonds and several locked doors and boxes.

The hunt is on!

I guess I'm playing alone...I got into the locked room with the

colored diamond

code, and replaced the

sword.

Totally stuck now!

Okay, have

entered the great hall, been in the pool room, the library, the "Loom Room" (not sure what to call it), the dining room, the knight's room, the globe room, and that's it. (Do I sound like the tv show "Upstairs, Downstairs" or is it just me)?

and now I'm stuck. I though you had to

light the candles on the dining room table, but no, or, at least, not yet

Got a vase from the "New Beginnings" room. Also found a safe there. Thought I knew the code, but it's not working (neither all caps or lower case)...wait a minute. Nor a combo of Caps and small (Capitalized 1st letter..the rest all small. HmmmmmNever mind, I wasn't looking far enough into the "code book" at all I got a red key from the safe, now onto the red keyhole door.

Ok, opened the red door room off the library, and entered a bedroom and got a ruby. Also, the two knights who are arguing about how many times one lost his sword and was "off by twenty" is a clue about the door leading off the poolroom. That opens into a chess room, and that has a door leading outside. for now that's all.

That's all for now. G'night. (Wish these games had a "save" feature on them).

I have a vase and a ruby. I have used a sword, chess piece, red key and coin. So far I haven't found the lighter.

I have just left the chess room and I'm now outside in the grounds.

Good fun so far but I agree with Purp - a save feature would improve the game

I am very proud of how far I have come by myself but now I am stuck on SOLVE IT. I read Dalveen's clue but nothing has yet clicked for me.

I'm also hoping to find more

chess pieces and more coins maybe? Still to use a full vase of water, lighter and a ruby. And what's with the perfume?

how many letters are in each word or if there is only one word....that sort of thing

Thanks Dalveen. I didn't even know those kinds of aids existed. I was stuck again for a while until I reread some earlier posts.

I now have left in my inventory

red and green gems and I know I'm missing a third because I have seen where to use them

I am still looking for

the fourth coin and three chess pieces

Still not discouraged. If only my boss would leave me alone, I could move along quicker.

I am wondering if the

dirty diamond found that some one said was found

in the knight room

is actually

a coin? Or should I keep searching in that room

The answer to that is no and no.

Geez, I am FINALLY out or, more accurately, I found the treasure!
