i'm really stuck!!!

i have the four bits of paper,a soaked brush,telescope which i've used,3 pots of paint and paintbrush haven't used and a picture!!!

now i can't seem to be able to do anything.....help

nvm...figured it out eventually and got 8 out of 8 secrets
