I got the safe open

1st column is divide plus 1, 2nd column is multiply, plus 1, 3rd column is subtract, plus 1, 4th column is add, plus one. Divide, add, multiply or divide 1st and 2nd rows, add 1 to each number, to get the third row.

This came from a Russian site via EG24.
