but where and when do you type the password? i've been to each cell and i stood at the terminal thingy and just kept typing Sanity... but it kept telling me that the Keycard access level 5 was required. did i miss somthing?

You drag the passcard you have to the terminal and you click on the cell you want to open and it will tell you to enter the password, and now you type the password.

I'm in the "castle" level 3. The floor opened and a stair apears. But when I go down, all I see is a black screen. Does anybody know what to do next?

There must be a bug in this game or they didn't put an end to the game, because I refuse to believe this can be an ending! grrr


To answer some of the other questions....there is no outhouse

To get the biscuits you must click on Franklin to show his money bag and then click the money bag to give to the woman at the counter, but you only give her that after she finishes talking.

To get Milton to knock out the guard I think you have to go back to the bystanders again and click on them to talk, before leaving that area you will have a "magic" match...then you have to combine 3 items IRRC, before Milton shows up again.

There are at least two endings to the game... one where you successfully launch the virus, and one where you don't launch it in time.

Franklin Ending

There isn't a glitch. You have to enter the hole that opens up with the stairs. Walk around to the right at the top of the stairs and go down. Then you will get to play the ending. Just beat it! Yay number 1!
