i have pierre's number, then when i type it in on the keypad on the wooden dresser, nothing happens. what am i doing wrong? i have all the orbs but one.

look closely at the keypad, it has arrows from the five. These are directions, up, down, right and left. Use those directions, from Pierre's number in the room before.
