crate keeps doing me in. I've done in almost ever order but the one that works. aha
and now the basket .. my arrows not working? leaving something out? poor critter has suffered greatly at my hands.

It should - I figured I had to do handle then click like crazy. sorry - was catching part of The Closer.

Here ya go.

Get the oil from snow

Get the cog from the snow (to the left of the basket)

Place cog in empty cog slot

Use oil on cogs.

Click on basket to have penguin get in.

(The arrows light up after the penguin is in the basket) Click the arrows in the order shown on the sign and then click the handle with the red knob to head on your way!

Nice and easy although I had to retry some of them...
