One first level, found

Clippers (used on padlock on power supply, but still available). On second level, now, got screwdriver (used, but still available) and key (used on file cabinet) and hints for codes. Stuck, though.

Turned on power to Area B by using code. Now on level 3.

Turned off red tubes by gas tanks. Got boot in locker and found key in bottom. Lab coat in middle one, but nothing from it, yet. Use key on desk draw on Level 1 to get torch. Trying to empty reservoir. So far, no luck. Went down to fourth level, opened big box with torch, got green gem.

Drained Reservoir by following tubes on the 5 tanks (ACBCA) for second green gem. Got gas mask when I used screwdriver to open jammed locker. Used code on gas mask sign to enter alien room. Got alien out safe.
