Take the blade and cut the sleeve of the extra suit. Then use the fabric to pick up the flesh and melt open the door

Click on the knife and click on the guard with no head's hand. Then you'll get the hand. It's all bloody though so you have to put the soap on the hand and then go to the toilet and wash it, then you can use it on the scanner
