how do you get the clothes from the shop?

u have to go back to the koala's house n pick up his clothes and the money then buy the gloves off the shop

What am I supposed to do with the tired dog?

Tigeress: go out the shop and walk right until you see Sydney opera house and a bridge. Click some building and a seal appears. Talk to seal.

Then go back to koala's house.
