I am looking for a 3D artist who does character modeling. Your work would be used in Worldgate 3.

Of course, this is totally unpaid and for fun ;-) but you would be credited from the main menu for your contribution. I work in 3ds max 2008, so whatever you use would have to be compatible.

Okay .. not having any fun so far. Picked up a lighter but can't do anything with it. Am I supposed to be psychic? What have I missed? Not usually stuck so quickly.

Okay .. random clicking found how to examine the lighter .. might get somewhere now.

Going in
Lighted the lamp and found some things in the chest.
Went through the Worldgate and found some items in the other world
Now I need to find out how and where to use them
Finally some progress.
I was fiddling with the lighter and the prism before but now I have a result

Finally figured out what to do with some of my items and making progress again

What a great game this was again
Can't wait for the next one

For me hoovering over the item in inventory worked to see a magnifier and if I'm not mistaken, there was also the question "examine?"
I hope you'll get this figured out because it is a great game.
To start is to lit the lighter and then the lamp
