Cave of Gems adventure is a new point and click adventure/escape game created by Ainars. In this game your task is to find 8 valuebale gems and mask to unlock ancient gate and complete game. Carefully examine all views to find all hiden items and solve all puzzles.

I have 1 item left in inventory, an ancient medal, and I can't seem to place it anywhere. There are a few places left that need an item but apparently not this item.
