use height of mountain on pic too

Opened top cabinet, used rake, found 4 chicks and cloth, have handle...used cloth and now have clue which gave me key.
Now have 5th chick and shears....now have 6th chick (not sure what that sheep is doing?).
Opened trap door and have 7th. Found 8th; sneaky little guy was catching a ride...
Not sure what to do next...I see hole that I can't get into?...if brown spots or flowers are clues, I don't see it?...see 4-digits (I need 3?)...I think I am stuck.
Thanks @Cloverleaf....I figured I needed 10 but, I have gone around again and cannot find the next step....

I now have 9th chick, flashlight helped me get 10th chick...and out /w help!
