If you are still stuck... here are some ideas....

Ya have to go to the "Distributer" (looks like a gas tank) and put things together. If you do it right, a table appears and allows you to combine things. By the way... the red thing with dots is a parachute. Eventually you should come up with a parachute on a rocking chair. Think about it... If you want to take off from a "high" point... where would you have to take it....Hmm?!!

Walkthrough:

Press on suitcase. You will get polka dot undies.
Then go left twice
Get toy car from the sand.
Go right.
Press on air vent and unscrew screws with the knife.
Go inside air vent
Press on fridge, and then close ridge, you will get matches.
Then press on toy car (the rest will happen by itself)
Grab euro.
Go back outside and go tot he right.
Put euro inside gum machine, press white button, get gum.
GO right again
Place matche inside garbage container
Firetruck will come, take the ladder.
Go back to the original area(with the suitcase)
Go right.
Put ladder near door.
Go inside witches house.
Press on the box, then second box, second box again, and then the second box one more time.
Take the chair.
Go to place with slide (where you got the toy car)
Combine polka dot undies with the gum.
Then combine the chair with that.
Put the combine items on the slide.
