lol, call me nuts, but i don't get it

click on the link, then click once on the pic to zoom in. the green blocks are the long blocks, yellow is one wide block, red blocks are the squares and the smiley is the grain block. just follow the movements step by step and you should have the puzzle solved. pretty simple, no?

the grain machine is in the right position, but no grain is coming out.....meanwhile chicken is drinking like mad..........how does the grain come out?

1. and 2. Move two bottom verticals down.
3. Move horizontal to the right.
4. and 5. Move two smalls at the left of horizontal.
6) Move bottom to the left, then move vertical to the right.
7. and 8. Move two smalls bottom of column one.
9. Move horizontal all the way left.
10. and 11. Move two smalls at the right of horizontal.
12. Move vertical to the left.
13. and 14. Move small to bottom, and then move horizontal down.
15. and 16. Move two smalls all the way left.
17. and 18. Move two vertical up.
19. and 20. Move two smalls all the way right.
21. Move horizontal down.
22. Move small to the left (to be in first column).

water walkthrough:

1.) make sure all the switches are up
2) then push the red button at top left (the first tank should fill up)
3) flick the switch down on the 1 underneath the tank and the 1 opposite the red button ( the one in the middle pipe)
4) then switch / flick the black and white button near the bottom (the second tank should fill up)
5) flick all switches back up again and repeat steps 2 - 4 (the second tank should empty leaving the first half filled)
6)flick the switch underneigth the second tank
so that it is facing up again and press the black and white button
7) flick switch 1 back up and refill tank 1
8) flick switch 1 down and press the black & white button
9) finally flick the switch that is above the water bowl and the water should start dripping out

That was so hard XD I ended up using walkthroughs, thanks. My chicken laid an egg yay! I got really impatient but eventually did it.
