you get the clip by looking at the pad lock, try and then use the pad lock, look in her hair, her will see a hair clip, take the hair clip

I think the bullets are in the guitar case, not the clip.

I've a problem... I can't find the command "look, take, etc", in my screen there's only the man in the room and my mouse is a sort of +, but I can't interact with objects since I've not the control picture!!!
