i am but i am no help cos i have lubricated the binoculars but i cant seem o find the alien. i think i have by the van but it doesnt register him so i presume it isnt actually the right guy. wherabouts are you?

return to the spaceship (with the empty blue can from woodstock where the stoner was sitting) and go into the room where you found the belt. there is a bucket of slimey stuff with a tongue dripping into it. fill the can with the slime and lubricate the binoculars with it.
