Numbers for the teletransporter

How do I know the numbers? I quess it's from the notes but I'm not able to see any connection. Please help!

i don't understand how you get the numbers for the machine thingy that transports you to different places, i had to get a walkthrough for those bits could someone explain it to me please

goog game overall though submachine games always creep me out in a weird way, it think it's the music in the background, it's well good!
