click around the sand dune area and you will find it. if i remember correctly use the rock to smash it. im not sure. but i know its up near the sand dune

I put the broken bottle into the cactus, then clicked on the whole bottle and then on the broken one - now we've got the cactus fluid in the whole bottle .

now I open the car putting the funnel in the yelow thing and puring the fluid into the funnel .
