It's not an ending since it's said "to be continued" at the end of the credits...
One might think that it's tuberculosis who killed the guy (no murderer, that'd be a change!), as it's a lung desease that makes you spit blod.
Anyway, maybe we can cut the creators some slack, as I think it's not easy to make games, and they've been nice enough to make this one and let us play it for free!...

walkthrough

1. bedroom. in the drawer you find a note, read it and mark the letters and color.
2. go down stairs and in to where the piano is, press down the letters from the note in bedroom and in the same color, fireplace will open.. no use...
3. find the letters on the dining table and on the bathroom mirror, then go to the hotel and press f4 in elevator, then go to room 43 and reed the wall, remember the word.
4. go downtown in the door and find the letters on the box.
5. go up to the hotel, floor 2 or 3, a spider will show in the ceiling, press it and type in the numbers from box from downtown, here you will get another code.
6. go downtown, on the wall there is some blod, klick the bottom of it, the second spider will show, type in code from the first spider.
7. 3 doors will appear, choose the one on the right, klick on door and type the word from room 43
