ok... i found myself very stuck as i couldnt do anything with the tube from fuse box but everything else was done.. i checked walkthrough and it told me what to do with it but the game refuses to let me put it in.... so im kind of stuck until i can get it in... i might give up

handles and keys

When you get access to the upper level, check underneath the board that had fallen down. Remember the note that is on top of the right yellow box on the wall when facing the door leading outside. Now look at the statue of the man in the corner, and look at his right hand.
If you've been upstairs you probably already found the hammer, so when you turn around towards the wall there are two areas illuminated. You can smash those areas with your hammer. You get a chance to use your fuse and you find a matchlock musket. You can use that to shoot open the black panel on the first floor where you will find a USB key. You can also use the hammer to smash the corner tile that the cat is laying on (don't worry the cat will be okay) and you get two handles. I still haven't figured out the handles or the USB key yet, but I'll probably post it soon.
