I have changed the cigarrete box then the doctor get a cold and find lyzosimes then i click on the picture twice and he go to a nice vacations then he found penicillin now im whit doctor chains and i dont now what to do

apparently you have to go to the supply room and get a bunch of stuff, still working on it though

really fun game the pathing is a little inefficient though.

Walkthrough

Here's my walkthrough:



1 - Leave the room and enter the storage room next door
2 - Pick up the pink slippers
3 - Return to Fleming's room and swap the slippers with his boots
4 - Get empty Cig packet from bin next to Fleming
5 - Switch with pack on desk
[Fleming will leave to get more, catching a cold from the poor dress >.< ]
6 - Pick up the dish brush
7 - Click on the picture (Use Hand Icon)
[Fleming will go on vacation, without washing the petri dishes]

Chain & Florey

8 - Return to Fleming's room. Walking to.....London
9 - Take (Steal) his reports from the bookcase
10 - Return to Chain and give him the papers
[He makes Penicillin from information]
11 - Return to London to the storage room
12 - Collect the Bath tub, Bed Pan, Aquarium, Parachute and....Letter box
13 - Back in Oxford, give them all to Florey
[They end the world war..uhhh maybe not. They make lotsa penicillin, the end]

Here's my walkthrough:
4 - Get empty Cig packet from bin next to Fleming
5 - Switch with pack on desk
[Fleming will leave to get more, catching a cold from the poor dress >.< ]

I got the empty cig packet, but I couldn't switch it. I don't see a desk. All I see is Flemming with a piece of paper that seems to be floating on thin air. Whenever I try to drop the empty cig pack on Flemming, William says I don't see a need for that.

How do I switch the empty cig pack?
