Help Getting Redirected!!

everytime i click play a white page comes up with the right link and then i am redirrected here everytime

That's very strange, it works fine for me.

Maybe you can delete your cache (history of visited pages), your cookies, and run an adware/spyware scan on your pc

I'm having same problem, I was on it yesterday no bother... Strange...

I didn't have this problem yesterday, but today I get also redirected.

Walkthrough

Walkthrough:

You start out reading the speaker's speech and a rocket comes crashing onto him...I love irony. Anyway, after the intro, click on the barred hole to talk to the Stranger. Leave for the City and you'll find out you need:

Paper and pen(writing materials) for schematics to his rocket ship,

Metal for building the ship,

Fuel to power it,

Launch Pad to lift off.

Just in case you didn't know, the small lights are different locations. Except for the Cathedral's of course. All in all there are 6 locations you can go to from the City map. Vermillion Border, Prison Block, Cathedral, Excavation Site, Hall of Truth and Station. You'll start off with a Photo camera which you can access by moving your mouse to the bottom left of the screen. You can't use it yet though.

Getting writing materials:

Go to the Cathedral and go through the Passage on the right. The priest will preach and stuff and will send you away with Religious Books. Go to the Vermillion Border and talk to the Guard. After that, show him the Religious Books. Take a Bag from the Stack of Bags just next to the door of the house. Go through the Door and talk to the writer. He'll give you your writing materials. Go back to the Prison Block and give them to the Stranger. You won't see the stranger after this.

Gaining access to Station(and Hall of Truth):

Give the Rocket schematics to the Writer. He'll give you a Remarkable Speech. Then go to the Forest which is to the top right of the Writer's house. Talk to the Guards and receive Impressive Clothing. Go to the Hall of Truth and talk to the Clerk. He'll say you need to dress appropriately and after that, you'll need a worthy speech, which you have. Give them to the Clerk and you'll be inside. For the next part, you'll need to choose the correct response. Otherwise you just start over. No big deal though.

You can now use the Station and the Hall of Truth is no longer accessible. You'll also get a Talkative Drink.

Getting fuel:

Go to the Excavation Site and check the Ashes to find....a bucket...=.= Go to the Station and talk to the guy to get a Sucking Machine. Go to the Cathedral and use the Sucking Machine on the Donation Box which is just left of the character. Go to the Station and look at the Map. Go to Sour Haven. Go Down the Path(Slope). Talk to the Child. Give him money for his rope. Use your bucket on the sour sea. Take a picture of the slums behind you(The part that looks like a hive). You now have one part of the Fuel. Go to back to the Station and to the Mines. Take a picture of Twilight City(the houses). Go to the House on the right and talk to the Manager. Go to the bar on the left and spike the people's drinks with the Talkative Drink. You'll hear an interesting story. Talk to the Manager again and he'll let you into the Mines and you'll get a gas mask along with a pickaxe. Use Bag on gas clouds then use Sucking Machine on them. Go back and use your gas mask on the Sharp Rock on the bottom left of the screen. Use the broken mask on the Guard to get out. Now you have both parts of the fuel.

Getting Metal:

Go to the City and go out of the Vermillion Border. You'll see the remains of the Writer's house. Use your rope over the Dangerous Edge just left of the house. Use the pickaxe on the large piece of metal.

Finding the Launch Pad:

Go to the Station and travel to Hearthill Factory. Talk to the Protest Leader. He'll want evidence of poverty and such. Give him the two pictures you took before. He'll send you to the factory manager. The factory manager will tell you a lil of his past and will give you a drawing of a Launch Pad and will send you to find it. Go to the Vermillion Border and to the forest. Give the guards the drawing and they will take you inside. Leave the Pad and return to the Factory...and you're done.

Played yesterday - never got gasmask
today - there is no donation box
I see Perhonen (post 38) has same problem. Any suggestions.

Will I never be able to complete this game. I want to be disappointed by the ending too!
